For more than 24 years, I’ve worked in early childhood education. I’ve been a SENCo, Deputy Manager, and Curriculum Leader. Now, I support nurseries, trusts, and family groups in London as a SEND consultant.

CONNECT

I start with open conversations to create a true partnership with your staff and management. By understanding your environment, your team, and daily challenges, I make sure my advice is personal and relevant to your situation.

ASSESS

I collect information by observing your team, reviewing documents, and talking with staff and families. This helps me understand your SEND provision, curriculum, teaching, and care practices. I can then set clear goals for development.

REFLECT

I support your team in reflecting on their practices. This helps them recognise their strengths and areas for growth. Through coaching sessions and group discussions, we find ways to improve and celebrate progress together.

EMPOWER

I offer practical training, useful tools, and ongoing feedback to help make positive changes stick. My focus is on building confidence and capacity in your setting, so improvement becomes part of everyday work.
